As a kid I used to always drink slushies from the convenient store. I absolutely loved them. Recently I had one while at the movies, and oh yuck! The taste was like pure sugar with a berry flavor. Honestly how did I ever like them.
Well I still like the idea of a slushies so today I thought I’d create a healthy one. This is super yummy, and beyond easy to create. This is my 4 ingredient healthy slushie.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup filtered water. Add more if needed.
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen mango
Directions:
Simply blend ingredients in your blender until it’s a slushie consistency add more water if needed, but start with half a cup. This should make 4 or 5 servings.
