I got a craving for plant based chocolate milk and didn’t want to use up my last bit of almond milk. I had a few over ripe bananas, so viola easy peasy healthy chocolate milk.
Minimal ingredients as usual, and so simple to make.
Ingredients:
1 banana ( good way to use up an over ripe banana if you choose )
1 1/2 cup filtered water
1 tablespoon cacao or cocoa powder or carob just adjust to taste if using those, might need more less.
1/2 tablespoon date syrup or any sweetener
Directions:
Throw all those ingredients in your blender and watch the magic unfold before your very eyes!
