How have I not tried this sooner. This is just such an amazing healthy indulgence and I’m going to be making it often. I added some ginger powder to it which came out so good! I honestly have not bought vegan ice cream since making homemade frozen desserts. I personally prefer how these taste, plus doesn’t have the high amount of added sugar.
2 frozen Pears
1 teaspoon dried ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon coconut syrup optional
I attempted to use my food processor to make this but I could get the consistency I wanted so I transferred it to my vitamix which made it perfectly. Just blend to combine and enjoy!
