I love getting creative with raw food and I’m going to expand on this recipe with more cookie flavors. Do you have kids or just want a healthy snack? These are quite good and healthy.
I miss oreo cookies I miss cookies in general and I prefer homemade sugar free healthy treats over processed foods full of processed sugar. These are all natural and leaves you guilt free.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cashews soaked for 4 hours then drained
1/2 cup almond milk ( maybe more to reach a creamy but thick consistency)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
3 tablespoons shredded coconut I used unsweetened
5 medjool dates
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large banana
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor besides the banana. Then line a dehydrator tray with parchment paper. Spoon out batter into to small circular cookie shapes. Dehydrate on one side for 4 hour then carefully flip and Dehydrate for 3 more hours. Once done add a fresh banana slice to the center and enjoy!
